Reiki TUMMO deals with both Reiki (universal energy) and TUMMO (Kundalini energy). Reiki TUMMO is practiced by thousands of people around the world. It is a safe and natural way to promote health and well being by restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit. At the core, it is really a tool to help relax your body and mind so that you may connect more with the calmness and joy within your heart. We also share with you a great tool, the Heart-Strengthening-Technique, an easy way to reduce stress and improve peace in your daily life.

Reiki TUMMO works by stimulating the flow of vital energy within and around your body. This helps to recharge and balance the flow of subtle energies, relieving the effect of stress while activating the body’s ability to heal itself. As the energy removes negativity, which often blocks our natural flow, our attitude/perception of life can also easily shift in a positive direction.
This is a potent group healing session with three massage tables in a room, and as many as 3-5 volunteer Reiki practitioners per table, synchronizing together to channel to 3 clients at a time. It is not a private 1:1 session.
Reiki Tummo treatments affect each person differently. Most feel deeply relaxed and energized with a better sense of wellbeing. Although every person's experience is unique, you can also read some client feedback to get an idea of the possibilities.
